This venue is conveniently located near the Bay area, shopping centers, Bart-accessible Ashby station with parking, and close to Doyle Hollis Park.

We really enjoyed rooms with kitchen. Central heating, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator were useful. The location for Oakland was excellent, short walk to other stores and public transport and the Target. The staff was very very helpful and efficient.

The room was air-conditioned, and we were able to check in early and had comfortable beds.

Has best possible and reasonably priced setting.

1, having to leave the hotel after arriving to fine a credit Union to transfer $100 from savings to checking to cover a $100 room deposit that I was not aware of. Could have made a $100 cash deposit but would not except Cash. And 2, I had to deal with a curry seasoning smell in the unit. I can only assume the person staying their prier used curry seasoning to cook with. For the amount I paid to stay their i will def not return.

Bright and clean hip new hotel. The rooms are in good condition and have clean sheets. Good choice of goodies for breakfast. Stunning location really close to America-Oakland, Best Buy, and other popular stores. Close to everything.

Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, comfortable, and it was nice to have a stove.

I would have loved to have an oven. Also, we were given incorrect information about check-out time by a staff member which negatively impacted us (and resulted in an additional night stay charge - she told us that we could check out later, and when we did, we were informed that this was absolutely never an option).

it had power and running water

stains on the bedspread, funky smoky and moldy smell. cigarette burns on the tables and bathroom sink. peeling paint, peeling formica, dirty hallways, dirty stairways, graffiti in the elevator.

The room was cleaned twice and had a king-size bed. It had nice extras like coffee, a kitchen area, and a carpet. The staff were very helpful and professional.

The location of this place near Raimondi Park was fantastic, and the breakfasts were conveniently served at the front desk.
